The Mixtery – Recording & Mixing Studio (en)

Mixing is the art of joining different messages into one called song, capturing as many colors as they fit on a speaker and making every detail of the message audibly palpable.

Making the width, height and depth be represented in such a way that your music fills the room beyond the speakers, illuminated by the necessary brightness and sustained by the solidity and the appropriate impact for your project.

In The Mixtery we put at your service 20 years of experience in the patient art of listening and a total dedication to our passion, music.

MEET RAÚL

When a passion manifests, letting it out is inevitable for the human being. And so Raúl started playing guitar with 10 years, entering bands at 15, and making homemade recordings with cassette tapes and mindiscs when it was still prohibitive to work with computers.

From there he went on to set up and work in several studios while studying the degree of Audiovisual Communication, and before finishing it he would go to work in dubbing studios. And during this time he combined the world of cinema, in parallel to his musical works both in studio and in PA, with being a partner of Caramelo and later of Millenia Estudios, in addition to being a student of industry professionals such as Joe Barressi (Tool, Slipknot , QOTSA …), Alfonso Ródenas or Carlos Córdoba.

After doing several international tours and FOH for Dragonfly, Crisix, Hate, Trayery, Mindriller, Noctem or Inmute, sharing a studio with Billy Gibbons, Redd Volkaert and countless artists from around the world, and with more than 40 albums and a multitude of singles, he decides to gather all this experience to embark on his personal project, The Mixtery, also collaborating in productions with Art Gates Records and combining all this with his facet of Higher Sound Studies teacher in Millenia, in addition to being a PA engineer on tour and festivals for groups like Dragonfly and Mindriller.
